Return & Refund Policy

Return, Replacement and Refund Policy 


All products sold by www.foxin.in are properly inspected and verified by the quality control team and assured to be authentic and in new condition.
All products are eligible for 10 days replacement or return from the date of delivery. Should you wish to replace or return your product refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

The product is available for return/replacement through store credit only if the following conditions are met – 
1.    Product is in New and Unused* conditions in the original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. 
2.    GST bill is provided

*"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, then the customer is eligible to claim a full refund back to its original source of payment provided that the same information is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note it may take upto 12 days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. 


To initiate a return/replacement request please reach out to us at care@foxin.in or WhatsApp us during business hours @ +91 9038565656 with the following information – 
1.    Contact information 
2.    Source of purchase
3.    GST Invoice
4.    Photo/Video proof

On receipt of the return/replacement request Foxin customer service will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or a replacement will be issued either in the form of store credit or a full refund (if product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect) to the original source of payment method depending on the criteria mentioned above. If the product is found to be ineligible for return/replacement/full refund the product will be couriered back to you and shipping penalty of Rs. 100 will be levied. 

Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
• Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• For eligible cancellations, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used on the Foxin website. This store credit will be valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance.

Snapmint Policy
• For all orders processed through snapmint, refund will be provided to its original payment source.

Customized & Personalized Products
• Please note that any product that has been customized, personalized, or engraved at the customer's request (including, but not limited to, engraved power banks, customized accessories, or other personalized items) is not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange, unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. As these products are specially made to order and cannot be resold, all sales of customized and personalized items are considered final.
